SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

All gift boxes are made from 100 % Australian made recyclable cardboard. It is however perfect to be reused again and again and strong enough to use as a perfect storage solution around the home. Our beautiful ribbon is cotton so can be again re-gifted to someone special or composted in your home system. Our filler is shredded office paper and can be popped straight into your compost bin along with your gift tags.

WHY IS THERE STILL PLASTIC ON SOME OF YOUR PRODUCT?

We work with our suppliers to try to avoid plastic where possible, however in the F&B industry, plastic packaging really extends shelf life and completely seals the product making this a challenge to change - the technology simply hasnt caught up as yet. Rest assured as soon as the plant based alternative is better equipped to handle the requirements of extended shelf life, our suppliers will be onto it! In the meantime why not wash out your packaging and reuse? Or pop into your plastic REDcycle recycling bundle if all else fails.

HOW WILL MY GIFT BE PACKAGED?

All products will be carefully packed into our beautiful sustainable box with shredded office paper to cushion and protect the items during transit. If posted, each gift box will be shipped in a protective home compostable pouch to ensure it arrives looking lovely. The complimentary gift card will be placed inside, sealed with a sticker and addressed. If you prefer to have the posted box arrive without the postage label directly on the box in order to gift it in person, we can wrap this in kraft paper and attach the shipping label to the outside. Please contact us to discuss a small additional fee.

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A CARD?

If requested, all gift boxes can come with a hand-written complimentary gift tag for a personal touch. You provide us with a message and we provide our very best handwriting.

IS THERE AN ALCOHOL PURCHASE LIMIT?

There is an alcohol purchase limit under Victorian Law: maximum alcoholic beverages per order is as below. Also under our ‘gifting’ Liquor licence laws, the addition of alcohol must make up 50% or less than the total gift value.

  • the quantity of the liquor is not more than 2L and, if the liquor includes spirits, the quantity of spirits is not more than 1L

DO THE PRODUCTS AND BOXES CHANGE?

You better believe it! We are constantly sourcing new and exciting brands and gifts to add to our line-up! (It’s the creators and producers in us- we can’t stay away from constant improvement!) 

MY BOX IS A GIFT. I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES.

We always assume your gift box is a gift and never include any evidence of prices or receipts.  You will receive your receipt electronically to your email address. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY / SHIPPING?

Delivery costs depend on the recipient location and the size and weight of the products purchased. To simplify the shipping process, we are offering two delivery costs encompassing most scenarios, Australia Wide

Standard delivery will be sent with one of our regular services. This cost is $15.00 Australia Wide for under 5kg. (We are unfortunately being affected by the delays currently being experienced due to COVID restrictions.)

We also offer a more premium service, which includes insurance and has a GUARANTEED delivery within 5 business days Australia Wide. This is $22.00 for under 5kg.

 CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately not. We need a physical address to ship to as our orders are sent with couriers.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to any physical address in Australia (sorry, no PO Boxes!) 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders take anywhere between 3-5 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. We guarantee that we will send your gift box by the quickest and most reliable delivery option available. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is collected by our courier so you can track the journey.

If you wish to have your items sent via same day courier across Melbourne, please contact us prior to placing the order for a quote.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?

If the recipient is not home to receive their gift box, our courier will look for a safe and dry place to leave the gift box in. If they are unable to find a safe place, the gift box will either be taken to a local postal depot for collection or it may be returned to our warehouse. If it is returned to our warehouse, we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery which will incur re-delivery fees.

Due to the responsibility of alcohol laws in Victoria, if the gift box includes any products that contain alcohol, this cannot be left unattended or received by any person under the age of 18 years. It will be then returned to our warehouse and we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery which will incur re-delivery fees.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY GIFT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

Our courier partners will inform you when your gift has been delivered.

THE RECIPIENT HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR GIFT BOX AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF DELIVERY- WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please get in touch straight away at hello@postivefeeds.com.au  and include your order details and the recipient and order number. We will then do everything in our power to locate your order, however we cannot accept responsibility for missing items once they leave our warehouse. This will be up to the shipping provider and we are more than happy to help you file a claim.

PAYMENT TERMS

Upon issue of invoice we would appreciate payment within 7 days so we can order stock and get the gift boxes out to your recipients ASAP.
